The Breakfast on the Battery, a Bed and Breakfast Cookbook, is my collection of breakfast and tea recipes from all of my bed and breakfast experiences. The recipe collection includes my famous Summer Garden Quiche, Blueberry Stuffed Croissant French Toast, Sausage Wellington, Cinnamon Orange Muffins, and other breakfast favorites.

Also included in the Breakfast on the Battery Cookbook are recipes served at afternoon tea and include my Orange Streusel Cake, Lemon Poppyseed Cake, Triple Chocolate Cookies, Lowcountry Bars, Tomato Tarts, Roasted Red Pepper Spread, and other fantastic recipes.

Entertaining is such a special part of Charleston, South Carolina’s charm. Breakfast on the Battery brings together Charleston’s tradition and my love for entertaining and welcoming guests.
